Foraging workshops in Wellington

Foraging is the ancient practice of gathering wild and native plants, a timeless communion with the earth's natural abundance. It's a journey that leads us back to the roots of our connection with the land. Beyond sustenance, foraging cultivates a profound connection with nature and, in turn, a deeper understanding of ourselves. It invites us to slow down, to listen, and become one with nature.

There are currently no upcoming Foraging Workshops as I am on Maternity leave.
Foraging Workshop will start back up mid 2025. I look forward to having you join a workshop then!

Join me for a guided foraging walk through the bush and learn about the medicinal seasonal plants growing around you, and how to safely identify and harvest them. You will learn about the traditional uses and therapeutic qualities of the plants and be provided with practical applications of how to use the plants in your daily life, as food and medicine. We’ll finish the workshop by sharing a foraged inspired lunch together.
You will receive a seasonal identification booklet that’s yours to keep so you can continue your foraging journey after the workshop!

Price: $90. All foraging workshops are currently held in Mt Victoria, Wellington, NZ.
Please note: Moderate level of fitness is required as we will be walking through hilly terrain.
